Subject: Access denied (java.lang.RuntimePermission setContextClassLoader)
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: Error Message
Platform: AIX
Release: 8.0.1
Reproducible: Always

After upgrading a Domino R6.5.4 server to R8.0.1 a Java Agent doesn't run anymore.

Error message is:
01/04/2008 10:48:20 Agent error: Exception in thread "AgentThread:
comp.lotus.crm.JavaAgent"
01/04/2008 10:48:20 Agent error: java.security.AccessControlException:
Access denied (java.lang.RuntimePermission setContextClassLoader)
01/04/2008 10:48:20 Agent error: at
java.security.AccessController.checkPermission(AccessController.java:107)

The agent signer, user, and server are allowed to run restricted and unrestricted agents, the agent security is set to 3.

In the java.policy file(s) the lines
grant codeBase "file:/<path to Domino>/*" {
permission java.security.AllPermission;
};

are set and the server is rebooted.

The error still occurs.

What else can I try to solve this?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
